What car problems can RoadRune diagnose?

RoadRune can help diagnose a wide range of automotive issues including engine problems, transmission concerns, brake system issues, electrical faults, suspension problems, overheating, strange noises (knocking, squealing, grinding), warning light meanings, fluid leaks, battery issues, and much more. Our AI is trained on extensive automotive knowledge covering most makes and models.

How accurate is the AI diagnosis?

RoadRune's AI provides highly accurate preliminary assessments based on the symptoms you describe. While our diagnoses are not a replacement for professional inspection, they help you understand potential issues, estimate urgency, and prepare for conversations with mechanics. Many users report that our suggestions closely match what their mechanic ultimately finds.

Is my data secure and private?

Absolutely. We take your privacy seriously. Your vehicle data and diagnostic history are encrypted and stored securely. We never sell your personal information to third parties. What subscription plans are available?

We offer flexible plans to fit your needs: a Free tier with limited diagnostics per month, a Pro plan with unlimited diagnostics and advanced features, and a Family plan for multiple vehicles. All paid plans include a 7-day free trial so you can experience the full capabilities before committing.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes! All paid subscription plans come with a 7-day free trial. You can explore all premium features during this period. Cancel anytime before the trial ends and you won't be charged.

What is your refund and cancellation policy?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel, you'll retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. For refund requests, please contact our support team within 14 days of your purchase and we'll be happy to help.

How do I add my vehicle to RoadRune?

Adding a vehicle is simple. After signing in, go to "My Vehicles" and tap "Add Vehicle." Enter your car's make, model, year, and optionally the mileage. You can add multiple vehicles to track diagnostics for your entire household's cars.

Can I use RoadRune offline?

RoadRune requires an internet connection to perform AI diagnostics. However, your saved vehicle profiles and diagnostic history are cached locally, so you can review past diagnoses offline. New diagnostics require connectivity to access our AI engine.

What platforms is RoadRune available on?

RoadRune is available on iOS (iPhone and iPad), Android devices, and as a web app accessible from any modern browser. Your account syncs across all platforms, so you can start a diagnosis on your phone and review it later on your computer.
